Staff continuity and training are very important to us. Most of the staff are full-time apart from when we are exceptionally busy at peak times. At which time we welcome back a selection of part time staff who return to us year after year.
Our staff go through significant in-house training and all our Seed Processor Operators hold City and Guilds PA1 & PA11 pesticides qualifications.
